Excellent brunch spot -- had the smoked salmon croissant, Nutella fried dough and bruschetta which were all perfection, chef's kiss...and service with a smile! Will be back, one of the best brunch spots I've been to in a while given the quality, atmosphere, etc.

Soooo good! Reliable and consistent quality every time. We've started ordering a bit more randomly off the menu and have yet to regret any of our choices. Best bruschetta I've had in years, and the spaghetti with shrimp, though mildly spicy is prepared to perfection. Highly recommended. 5/5

Everything is a must try on the menu and it makes me wanting to go back every day! The Cappellacci are my new favourite! During my dinner we also had 2 desserts, the Pizza that has been remade as a dessert is something amazing, and the caprese cake too, was the best I ever had, too bad i don’t have picture of them cause we ate them right away!

The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Italian dishes, each one made with the freshest ingredients and expertly prepared. We started off with mussels and clams in a white wine sauce and grilled calamari. Both cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor. Main courses included Pizza, Pasta alla Gricia, Lemon Bisque Shrimp spaghetti and Branzino. I’d love to say something negative here, but it’s impossible. These dishes were just outstanding. The branzino on another level of freshness and perfect preparation. To finish off the meal, we had the tiramisu. It was light and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness and a hint of coffee. I would highly recommend Positano Restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Italian dining experience in Toronto. The food, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional and I can't wait to go back!

Loved my recent visit to Positano. Loved the ambience. It’s a cozy place to have a great meal. Since, it was raining we couldn’t sit outside but it wasn’t an issue for us. The service was quick. We loved the food and drinks. They told that they bake their bread in their kitchen. It was fresh and soft and we loved the butter too. Thank you Positano for a nice evening.

I went there with family to celebrate a Birthday night on Jan 25, the restaurant was quaint and had a homey atmosphere that also made you feel transported to Italy. The gentleman who served us was very nice, had a great sense of humour and was very patient with us and the food was fantastic. I definitely want to come back with friends and I would absolutely recommend if you want an authentic Italian style.

As a New Yorker who has tried many great Italian restaurants in Manhattan, I feel like this was one of the best Italian food I have had within the past 4-5 years. Our family agreed unanimously that this place was better than the Michelin rated restaurant we tried a few months ago. We especially liked the sea bass with octopus and shrimp, as well as the babamisu for the dessert. The host and the servers were friendly and classy. Strongly recommend to real foodies who enjoy unpretentious gem

This place is lovely. Went there for brunch and had the Fritte e Tartufo, Lo Scarpariello, and a delicious non alcoholic lavender cocktail. Both myself and my girlfriend agreed that the food was excellent, having been to many Italian places around town.
